Lesson 4
Build it in Scratch - part 2
Students use their storyboard activity sheet from lesson 2 to create the quiz component of their quiz game in Scratch. They are introduced to Boolean blocks from the sensing category, which report true or false values. Students explore how Booleans can be used with conditional statements to create interactive programs in Scratch. They apply this by creating a program where the user is given feedback depending on whether they choose a correct or incorrect answer to a quiz question.
Learning objective
Students will program sprites to respond to user interaction using conditionals.
