Lesson 6
The great escape
In this final lesson, students test, finalize, and share their completed escape rooms. Students begin with a progress check to ensure their programs meet the criteria for the project. Then, they test and finalize their programs to make sure they run as intended. Students then assume the role of security analysts and participate in a gallery walk to evaluate their peers’ projects for playability. Finally, students reflect on their learning throughout the unit to make connections to privacy and data protection in the digital world.
Learning objective
Students will evaluate their peers’ projects with respect to how their designs demonstrate information security and playability.
