Lesson 2
Build your layout
In this lesson, students discuss how the layout of an app may influence the way people interact with it. They are introduced to Scratch, focusing on the costumes and backdrop tabs. They modify a starter project using editing tools to design the layout of their own app. In pairs, students provide feedback to a classmate about the accessibility of their layout. Finally, students refine their layout design according to the feedback they received.
